These terms describe using Bachat Kro, an expense-recording and approval app operated by Shahbaz Khan. For questions, email krshahbaz@gmail.com.
Using the service
Use Bachat Kro to manage account books and submit, review or record expenses only where you are authorized to do so. Provide accurate information, follow the permissions assigned to you, and use the service lawfully.
Do not attempt to access another person’s account or restricted records, bypass approval or access controls, interfere with the service, or submit deceptive requests or payment records.
Protect your account
Keep access to your sign-in account and device secure. Do not share sign-in codes or credentials. Review the account book and active profile before submitting a request, approving an expense or recording a payment.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support. Never send support your sign-in code, Google password, bank password or UPI PIN.
Roles, invitations and shared records
Owners control account membership and access roles. Managers and teammates should act within the authority given to them. Only invite people and share information where you have permission to do so.
A vendor connection is subject to the business’s approval and does not create internal team membership. You are responsible for checking the intended business, recipient, details and amount before sending a request.
Leaving a team or changing a profile does not erase the account’s existing expense records or membership history. The privacy policy explains how these records are used and shared.
Payments are recorded, not bank-verified
Bachat Kro does not transfer money itself. It may open an external UPI app with payment details. You must verify the payee, UPI ID and amount in that app before authorizing any transfer.
Approval of a request, opening a payment app, and entering a transaction reference do not independently prove that money moved. Cash, UPI and bank-transfer payment records depend on the information entered by users; Bachat Kro does not confirm them with your bank.
Resolve payment discrepancies with the relevant people, payment provider or bank. Do not treat the app’s recorded status as a bank confirmation.
Your content and recordkeeping
Only upload receipts, images, notes and other information you are entitled to share. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. Check records for accuracy and correct errors when you discover them.
Keep separate copies of records you need for your own business, accounting or other purposes. Bachat Kro is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide accounting, tax or financial advice.
Reminders and availability
Reminders and phone alerts depend on your settings, device permissions, connectivity and delivery providers. Check payment due dates in the app and do not rely exclusively on push notifications.
Features and login methods may change or be unavailable during maintenance or provider interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or successful delivery of every notification.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
